PICK UP AND DROP OFF
Pick up and drop offs @ airports - Renters will be met at airports arrivals
hall with a sign with renters name on it. Shuttle courtesy coach will
meet all flights as needed. Rental location is within 3 kms of airport
and is approximately 5 minutes away.
In Lisbon, if the renter is unable to locate the representative,
please proceed to the Turismo de Lisboa desk located just off the arrivals
exit
and ask for help. A direct mobile phone is available from this desk to
contact the location.
PICK UP AND DROP OFF/ONE WAY POLICIES
One-ways drop off allowed inter Autocerro branches. Please check with
staff for drop off to other locations.
Renter may return rental vehicle directory to airport parking lot and
must inform rental office to do so. A fee of Euro 23,80 will apply and
an imprint of the renters credit card will be taken.
OUT OF HOURS
Out of hours Pick up and drop offs are charged at Euro20,83 and are
subject to written confirmation by us.
PAYMENT/SETTLEMENT CONDITIONS
ESTIMATED RENTAL COST will be paid by renters upon picking up the car.
Any amount due related to the rental, will be settle upon drop off. an
imprint of the renters credit card will be taken.
LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
An international driving license is required along with a valid driving
license from the drivers‘ country of residence held for at least
one year.
AGE REQUIREMENT
Minimum age requirement is 21 years of age. No maximum age limit. Between
21 and 23 years of age, young driver fee of Euro 41,65 will apply.
TAXES
VAT Government tax is 19 percent.
Mandatory road tax of Euro 1,19 per day will be charged, up to a maximum
of 15 days.
REFUELING POLICY
Vehicles are delivered with full tank
A refuelling charge of Euro 9,00 will apply if rental vehicle is returned
without a full tank and the missing fuel will be charged accordingly.
Renter can buy a full tank upon picking up the vehicle, but no refund
will apply if there is fuel left in deposit.
SPECIAL EQUIPMENT
Child/infant seat are available on request for Euro 2 per day
Booster seat/toddler are available on request for Euro 2 per day
INSURANCE RATES
Third party insurance is included in the basic rate and covers the driver
for third claims against him/her for damage caused by the rental vehicle.
Third party insurance does not include:
damage to all or part of the rental vehicle
Theft protection is included in the basic rate and covers vehicle damage
due to theft or attempt theft.
In the event of theft or attempt to theft, renter must present a police
report with a stamp.
CDW Collision Damage Waiver
CDW removes the drivers responsibility for damage to all or part of
the rental vehicle excluding damage due to theft or attempted theft.
Cdw is mandatory insurance and excludes damages due to:
- bad condition of roads;
- materials dropped by other vehicles or materials left over, used to
built roads;
- broken wheels and tires, underneath or on the carter of the vehicle,
excessive dirtiness (which forces to clean the whole interior) and torn,
burned or stained seats, as well as negligence from the renter, the cost
of repair/cleaning will be charged
Damage to the interior of the vehicle is not covered by any insurance
and in case of theft of the vehicle, the client remains responsible until
he returns the keys and documents of the vehicle to .
Super CDW
The full insurance waives the payment of the deductible of CDW (damage
caused by accident) and TP (damage deriving from theft of parts of the
vehicle itself), including locks, broken mirrors, scratches and any other
kind or damage of which the client ignores its cause.
In case of accident, renter will not pay any amount except if it is
proved that renter was driving under alcohol, drugs or any other substancies
that affect normal behavior.
Full Insurance is not available for car groups
PAI – Personal Assistance Insurance
This assistance is available for drivers and passengers 24 hours per
day/7 days per week if renter buys upon picking up the vehicle.
It includes vehicle substitution, transport of passengers and damaged
vehicle to the nearest station, in the event of the vehicle damage can
not be solved on spot
In case of accident or damage, always contact first (all the telephone
numbers of our offices are mentioned on the rental agreement). When involving
other vehicles
In case of total immobilization of the vehicle, please contact Assistance

Super PAI – Super Personal Assistance Insurance
Alternatively, renter can buy Super PAI and get high levels of insurance
such as theft of luggage and own goods. In the event of theft or attempt
to theft, renter must present a police report with a stamp.
"ONE WAYS"
One-ways are allowed and free between branches.
Other locations a fee of Euro77,35 will apply.
One way to Spain (Andaluzia) – on request and subject to written
confirmation will be charge at Euro500,00.
SPEED LIMITS
TOWN – 50 Km/Hora
HIGHWAY – 90 Km/Hora
MOTORWAY – 120 Km/Hora
